Wild Life Of A Little Monster

Others are scared of me because of all the fun I have. Considered a vigilante by my Eponine.

Everything's Up To Date

Mention that we've been watching the Olympics. Felt it's also important to note that we are watching our new-and-improved images. That's because the Cowboy Household is hooked up the converter boxes to our rabbit-eared television sets. Seriously!

I had no idea that television watching could be so enjoyable. No more moving the set around or wiggling the rabbit ears working to get the best signal. From 19 on (higher) never truly came through without shadows and fuzz. But, it was something that was just common place.

Now, there's 18 channels. Several are all weather. About four are religious and one is Spanish language shows. It's been great watching the Olympics. Since its on NBC, 41 in Kansas City, the images have been clear and crisp.

I know, I know. Most folks probably have cable or some other form of digital TV. But, if you haven't yet, be sure to order your coupons for $40 off a converter box. Each U.S. household is eligible for two coupons. Go to www.dtv2009.gov for more information.

Cowboy, you make mommy laff. There is a big box full of rabbit ears in our basement that are bent and broken from mommy's frustrations when she refused to have cable or satellite. She broke down after 2 years and got direct tv.
